Interesting article, thanks for sharing. Are you not concerned that the customer base which you need to support is growing cumulatively while those customers only pay a one-off fee?

E.G. year one you have 100 customers to support with 100 orders while year two you have 200 customers to support with 100 orders. Support time potentially doubling while revenues are consistent? Fast forward to year 10 and you’re not making any money.

We’ll be launching our own digital product this coming year and figuring out the pricing structure is a nightmare!
