Man would I sell my soul to have a developer like you to work with.

For my experience here at where I work right now (5/21/2012) the use of boilerplates or polyfills is not even the problem.

The problems I have to deal with are because the developers (off-shore and in-house [with one exception]) I work with don’t even have the slightest clue what an HTML5 boilerplate is, dang, NOTHING today is being developed in HTML5 for that matter (and there are no plans to do so in the near future either), and we just launched our new corporate site a few months ago and they weren’t capable of making the CMS use HTML5 after I practically begged them to figure it out.

Right now it would be AWESOME to have the problem of trying to “Stop solving problems you don’t yet have”.
