This article couldn’t have come at a better time for me professionally. Recently I stripped out unused helper classes from my HTML5 boilerplate among other useless crap I was leaving in a clients project just because. Also, if I’m not gonna support IE6 then why do I need the conditional comment on the html tag? The answer is I don’t so it gets deleted. Then Jeff Croft steps into my Twitter feed and all of a sudden I’m now a SASShole for life.

Garbage code clutters bandwidth…enough said. Great article!
