I’ve been quiet of late. We were away at Greenbelt and then the beginning of September saw the clients who had been as quiet as mice all summer suddenly get interested in their projects again … so I’ve been busy, catching up and getting back into the usual organised chaos that prevails here.
The small person goes back to school tomorrow, I left going to get her any uniform until today .. this isn’t generally recommended as vast swathes of mothers will have already been through the shops like a swarm of locusts devouring anything grey, navy or black in their path. We did manage to find shoes and enough things for the start of term however, so she won’t have to go to school in her shocking blue flowery DMs and has the necessary overly large school uniform which she will “grow into”.
