Cast off

Sixteen days after my accident and surgery and the cast is off my arm. After a week where I discovered I am allergic to the glue of surgical dressings and yet another antibiotic (yes, I am an itchy mess!) I had an appointment at the fracture clinic to see my surgeon. He then sent me Cast off

There is going to be a change of pace on this site – and in my life – for a while. Last Sunday, setting off from the running club I slipped on ice and broke, in dramatic fashion, my right elbow. As soon as I landed on my hand I knew my arm was broken, Broken.
