The most irritating thing in the world?

A client just sent me a link to the API documentation for something we will be integrating with. The pages that contain the documentation are using JavaScript to scroll the page title! What were they thinking? Ploughing through documentation is bad enough but far worse when there is a scrolling thing constantly in view. Gah! Thank goodness for the Web Developer Toolbar and one-click access to turn off JavaScript, that might have just saved what is left of my sanity.

I actually had a similair problem on documentation the other day, it’d been so ajaxified that it was rather horrible.
