The quest continues

I was cheered up late this afternoon by these more appropriate windows messages. I must try and figure out why these pages shift up slightly in NS6 and Konqueror, I thought I had implemented a fix but that worked fine in IE5.01 but went screwy in IE5.5, ah well, its such a small thing. what no tables?

Welcome to my redesign! It doesn’t all quite validate yet, although both stylesheets (which are rather important when one has no tables) do. Anyone visiting this site in outdated browsers will now see the lovely grey upgrade page, pointing them to some information about how to see the web as it is intended…. I’m sure what no tables?

The Joy of HTML

Back in the bad old days. September 1996 to be exact. I discovered the internet, obviously it had been discovered before then, but not by me. It was all new. still poorly sick

I’m really fed up of being ill now. Not only am I feeling guilty about not being at work, I am feeling too grotty to just enjoy being able to snuggle up under the duvet and keep warm as I can’t stop coughing whatever I do. I’ll have to try and get into work tomorrow. still poorly sick

Always read the label

The poorly sickness of yesterday turned out to be a nasty chest infection neccesitating a visit to the doctor. I hate going to the doctor. This one was very cheerful and told me to relax more then gave me evil antibiotics which I wouldn’t normlly take but I seem to be getting worse not better. Always read the label

poorly sick

not very poorly sick, but enough to make me irritated with my body for somehow ‘letting me down’. I don’t cope well with illness, mine or anyone elses. Try and pass it off as probably a hangover or allergies when all I should be doing is lying down, taking it easy and giving myself some poorly sick

happy birthday to me!

I’m officially not a young person any more. I’m hoping this doesn’t make me middle aged… I feel it today, I have some evil cough and feel like all the muscles in my chest and arms have seized up. ick … I am having my mind taken off feeling old and being ill by the happy birthday to me!
